Keturah Barnett, Juvenile Division

Keturah is a proud resident of the Nashville community. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in recording industry and a minor in political science. While at MTSU, she interned for Congressman Bart Gordon and EMI Christian Music Group, working with field representatives in Rutherford County and the Director of Business Affairs, respectively.  She is also a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. After graduating from MTSU, she received her paralegal certificate from Kaplan Career College and worked for an entertainment law firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

After returning to Nashville, Keturah worked for the Davidson County Chancery Court under Chancellor Russell T. Perkins before joining the juvenile division of the Nashville Defenders.

She enjoys being a mom, traveling, DIY projects, and laughing.
