Ashley Good – Attorney

Ashley is originally from Ellicott City, Maryland. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2022 with a B.A. in Economics as well as Political Philosophy, Policy, and Law. She then graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2025. While in law school, Ashley first interned with the Federal Public Defender’s Office and then the Nashville Defenders. Additionally, she represented non-citizen clients in Vanderbilt’s Immigration Clinic, led Law Students for Social Justice, participated in the Cal Turner Program for Moral Leadership, and received the Bennett Douglas Bell Memorial Award. Before coming to the Nashville Defenders, Ashley clerked for Judge Douglas R. Cole in the Southern District of Ohio.
