Emma Harrison – Attorney

Emma Harrison was born and raised in Morgantown, West Virginia. She graduated from West Virginia University with honors in 2019. She was named a 2018 Truman Scholar for her dedication to public service working with incarcerated individuals in West Virginia. Prior to law school, she worked at the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office as a paralegal. Emma attended Vanderbilt Law School with the goal of becoming a public defender. While in law school, she was a member of the National Moot Court Team and an active participant in the student organization Law Students for Social Justice. During the summers, she interned with the Regional Public Defender for Capital Cases and the Allegheny County Public Defender’s Office. She is grateful for the opportunity to defend Nashville.
