Orlandis Jackson – Attorney

A Chattanooga, TN native, Orlandis J. Jackson is a dedicated legal professional committed to advancing justice, community engagement, and client advocacy. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he distinguished himself through leadership, service, and academic achievement. During law school, he served as President of both the Black Law Students’ Association (BLSA) and the Criminal Law Society, promoting inclusion and excellence within the legal community. His dedication to service earned him multiple Pro Bono—Public Interest Awards for providing legal support to underrepresented individuals.
 
Before attending law school, Orlandis graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and holds an Associate of Science in Applied Science from Chattanooga State Community College, where he also captained the men’s basketball team and led the BOSS Organization as President.

Professionally, Orlandis has gained experience through legal training. His legal training includes positions with the University of Idaho Legal Aid Clinic, the Chattanooga District Attorney General’s Office, and Speek, Webb, Turner & Newkirk Attorneys at Law. Across these roles, he has supported both criminal and family law cases.
 
Beyond his professional and academic accomplishments, Orlandis is passionate about mentorship and community development. As a volunteer instructor with Bridge Scholars of Chattanooga, he developed and led academic programs designed to empower underrepresented students to pursue higher education and leadership opportunities.
 
In his free time, Orlandis enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his dog Pablo Jackson. Also, in his free time he stays active playing basketball, baseball, and football. His blend of legal knowledge, leadership experience, and community focus reflects a deep commitment to service, integrity, and lifelong learning.
